Our Story Begins Here
Mission
At All Comers Family Center, our mission is to ensure that every child and caregiver, regardless of income, background, or ability, has a place to MOVE, to CONNECT, and to THRIVE.
All Comers FC was founded to address a clear gap in youth recreation: accessible, inclusive spaces where all children—regardless of ability, income, or background—can participate fully in environments designed to support a wide range of needs, including sensory sensitivities.
Through years of experience in youth sports programming, education, and community leadership, our team has seen firsthand how traditional recreational environments often unintentionally exclude neurodivergent youth and families due to cost barriers, overstimulating environments, and a lack of inclusive coaching approaches.
All Comers FC is designed to remove those barriers by creating sensory-aware spaces, inclusive programming, and a welcoming environment where children and families can participate with confidence and support.
Meet the Founder
Kiah Johnson Mounsey

An educator, athlete, and parent, Kiah Johnson Mounsey believes movement is one of the most powerful ways to build connection, confidence, and belonging. A marathoner who has completed 32 marathons, she brings grit, joy, and lived experience to everything she does. Above all, her greatest inspiration is her two boys, who are the heart behind All Comers FC and the driving force behind her commitment to creating spaces where all children and families feel seen, supported, and included.
With both a BA and MEd from the University of Oregon, Kiah has over 20 years of experience in educational settings, including serving as a Director of Equity, and inclusion, a role in which she led initiatives focused on belonging, equitable access, and community engagement. She is also an RRCA-certified running coach with a longstanding passion for youth development, inclusive recreation, and building meaningful community connections through movement and sport.
In addition to founding All Comers FC, Kiah serves on the Board of Directors of a local nonprofit, volunteers regularly at her children's school, and acts as a parent moderator for the Black Student Union (BSU). These roles keep her closely connected to the daily realities of families, students, and educators across the community.

Land Acknowledgment
All Comers FC acknowledges that we are located on the traditional lands of the Multnomah, Kathlamet, and Clackamas peoples; the Cowlitz bands of Chinook; the Tualatin Kalapuya; the Molalla; and many other Tribes who have made their homes here since time immemorial.
We recognize that a meaningful land acknowledgement must be grounded in relationship, accountability, and ongoing learning. We are actively seeking to work with members of local tribes and Indigenous community leaders to ensure this acknowledgement is accurate, respectful, and informed by those whose land this is. This statement will be updated as those relationships are formed.
We offer this acknowledgement with humility and a commitment to honoring Indigenous peoples not only through words, but through continued learning and action.
